It was a wet day for the official Building Futures official blessing. Representatives from the Hastings District Council, TUMU Property, and tenants like GoodWood, Building Futures and the Ministry of Social Development’s Work Skills programme staff braved the wet for a moving karakia and kai.
Inside, the offices and warehouse rooms boast stunning hoop pine ply lining, Autex panelling and feature black stained ply. It’s a stunning place to learn and work, and the tenants look forward to settling in their new home.
