About the Project
Tumu Property partnered with TimberSpan to deliver the building which features a 20.0m LVL structure resulting in a light, inviting working/storage space.
The 790sqm warehouse with offices was constructed for an existing Tumu tenant within the Irongate Industrial Precinct, Hastings.
The property is part of a larger subdivision that includes sealed accessways, carparks and landscaping, including stormwater swales.
Tumu was the developer and project manager for this build.
